I’m secretly glad that the wintery weather is sticking around this year.. mainly because I can carry on creating thick, cosy & totally scrumptious winter wearables 🙂 So I thought I would create one more scarf before I have to start on the spring/ summer collection!
My Zig Zag Puff Stitch cowl is super super popular so I thought I would incorporate elements of that design in this one. I absolutely love the look of an alternating stitch – See my India Jumper sneak peak, it creates interesting texture and a bit of fun to your outfit.
This infinity cowl is super easy to work up with a 4 row pattern repeat. I have a whole post on how to do this stitch here. This finished scarf is just over 60″ long and about 6″ wide, but if you want an even longer or wider scarf, the pattern is easy to adapt. It wraps around my neck twice but also looks lovely draped over once.
The yarn I used is Red Heart Soft in the Shade Orange. A beautiful bright colour that will jazz up your winter wardrobe.
